<p>Step 1: Gather some dandelion flowers!<br />
Step 2: Cut off the heads!<br />
Step 3: Pour hot water over them and steep!<br />
Step 4: Enjoy!</p>
<p>Dandelions can be used for many things, including tea! In my experience the flowers are best in spring. One of the benefits of dandelion tea is that it works as a diuretic on the kidneys, by improving the way the kidneys clean the blood and recycles nutrients (without leaching potassium!) This results in overall improved health and clearer skin. Dandelions are also good for the bladder, intestines,  pancreas, spleen, and stomach. more info:<br />

<p>Made some pizza from scratch the other night, it was good! My kids love pizza and we occasionally splurge on take away pizza from Donato&#8217;s, I really really need to get back into making pizza &#8217;cause delivery is $20 a pop. The pics are from some little ones I made a few weeks ago. The crust came out like jeno&#8217;s pizza, which we like a lot. I need a good pizza dough recipe for large-size pizza, got one?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It seems like I freeze a lot but in the winter it is so nice to have garden veggies, it is like a little bit of summer in my home during the long, cold winter months. And it goes fast!</p>
<p>My husband LOVES yellow squash and eats it plain, just lightly steamed, but me and the kids like it in stews, and chili, mixed with mashed potatoes, and in breads. You know how to make zucchini bread? just use the yellow squash instead.</p>
