Why Did My Corn Grow Poorly?

The corn fared poorly this year, but I figued out it was because I grew carrots in between each row. Duh!! the carrots got all the nutrients. oh well, live and learn, right?

Preparing Those Garden Carrots for Cooking October 2007

Some garden carrots getting cleaned and prepped before cooking. These went into a stir-fry! I used the scrubby brush to peel the outer layer off, as you can see the carrots were still grungy after washing.
