I was busy working in my creative studio when I glanced out the window and saw this deer. Feeling thankful for the garden fence Brian made me! I love seeing them but they can eat through a garden in no time at all.

The bat appears to be a kind of horseshoe bat (genus Rhinolophus), known for the large horseshoe-shaped “nose leaves” used for directing their ultrasound.

I think this is pretty cool. It makes me feel hopeful about the state of our world; that nature is adapting and fighting back all the pollutants we humans have put out there. Of course these creatures may not actually be ‘new’, just undiscovered by western scientists. Either way it shows that life goes in.
