Step 1: Gather some dandelion flowers!
Step 2: Cut off the heads!
Step 3: Pour hot water over them and steep!
Step 4: Enjoy!

Dandelions can be used for many things, including tea! In my experience the flowers are best in spring. One of the benefits of dandelion tea is that it works as a diuretic on the kidneys, by improving the way the kidneys clean the blood and recycles nutrients (without leaching potassium!)
