Bottle in Toilet Tank FamilyEarthprint.com

Putting a bottle filled with water in your toilet tank cause your tank to use less water per flush! it really works :) You can save 10 or more gallons of water every day, depending on how often you flush. Save water, save money!

Thanks for the reminder to do this! We just had an energy audit done today and they were able to give us replacements for all the other fixtures in the house, but no help with the toilets.

My only problem is that we don’t buy any sodas or juices, so finding a large plastic bottle might be a challenge.
