The Earth Clinic

I just came across this great site for natural cures called the Earth Clinic. I’ve been battling a nasty cold since Monday. I even lost my voice for two days! and when it came back Thursday, I sounded like someone who’d been chain smoking for 30 years. I went to work Friday but ended up having to leave early, then this morning woke to not only a still sore throat but also throbbing earache. Egads…I hate going to the doctor, but at this point felt would have to go and get antibiotics or whatever it is they give you ti cure ear infections. Then I decided to find a natural cure, and if that didn’t work then go to the doc. On earth clinic I found several methods for using garlic to stop an infection in the ear, nose and throat…just peel and cut a clove and stick the halves in your ears, like ear plugs! is one method. It worked! OMG, how it worked. After just 15 minutes my sore throat abated, I can swallow without any pain. Best of all after 30 minutes my voice came back full force!! I no longer sound like one of Marge Homer’s sisters. The earache is gone as well. It’s amazing. Now there was some unpleasantness, like the first few minutes I felt very nauseous and I also had to spit every few minutes for about 15 minutes, my mouth would just fill up with water. Then after that the garlic made me cough up a great deal of goopy stuff that needed to come out. It was worth it, I feel and sound so much better.
