It seems like I freeze a lot but in the winter it is so nice to have garden veggies, it is like a little bit of summer in my home during the long, cold winter months. And it goes fast!

My husband LOVES yellow squash and eats it plain, just lightly steamed, but me and the kids like it in stews, and chili, mixed with mashed potatoes, and in breads. You know how to make zucchini bread? just use the yellow squash instead.
