Freezing More Turnip Greens

This is an easy goal for me because I love garden veggies in the winter. Especially turnip greens! They are so good fresh from the garden or frozen quickly after picking. They are nasty canned. Here are some blanched turnip greens all packed nicely away for freezing.

  1. HI!

I found your blog looking for other blogs that reference dumpster diving.

I was surprised to find 612 of them.

In theory if that was just US bloggers it would be maybe 10 blogger/divers per state. In my nightly forays over the lip, I have only run across maybe two or three divers that are likely to have internet capability on their shopping carts…j/k

I plan to read your blog for its eco tips. I am kinda put off my most self professed greenies as they seem to think driving their Prius to Whole Foods is saving the earth.

Keep up the good work with your family.

  2. thank u the diver! I’ve been mad busy of late bit plan to add more posts soon. We’ve been going though a lot of changes on the road to living green!
