Another typical veggie lunch for my kids, midway through preparation. This week we ran out of sandwich bags so I’m using foil ’till I can get to the store. Today it’s juicy juice, veggie burger sandwich on multi-grain bread, tangerines (not shown) and sliced seaweed and rice rolls, and homemade oatmeal cookies.
