Scary Vegetarian Corporations

I’ve been meaning to grow my own soybeans for some time and start making my own tofu and soy milk. Full production is going to have to wait until we build our straw-bale house, until then I’m going to buy soybeans and supplement with what I can grow now and start making our soy products from scratch. We don’t use all of these products, but white wave soy milk and Lightlife ‘sausage’ were family favorites. Not any more. If you’ve been following my blog then you know I have a garden in progress right now. I’m getting some soybeans tomorrow and planting them.
